Terms of Service — AI ReFace

By accessing or using the AI ReFace application (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

All materials contained in AI ReFace are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

1. License to Use

2. By using or accessing AI ReFace, you agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

5. Other Rights and Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

1. Use AI ReFace in a way that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Service.
2. Make AI ReFace available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
3. Modify, reverse-engineer, or use the application for unauthorized purposes.
4. Attempt to bypass any restrictions implemented within the application.

6. Third-Party Services

1. The Service may include or rely on third-party tools or services.
2. AI ReFace is not responsible for the content, functionality, or security of third-party services.

7. Security Notice

1. AI ReFace strives to provide a secure service but does not guarantee that it will be 100% secure.
2. You are responsible for securing your device and safeguarding your data.

8. Registration and Password

1. Some features may require account creation.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Uninstalling and Deleting the Application

1. Uninstall procedures vary depending on your device and platform.
2. By uninstalling, you may lose access to your stored data.
3. Technical data related to usage may still be collected as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. User reviews submitted to app stores or platforms may be publicly visible.

10. Intellectual Property

1. AI ReFace owns all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, UI, design, and content.
2. You must not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on AI ReFace content.

11. Copyright and Infringement

You must respect all copyright holders and refrain from uploading or generating content that violates intellectual property laws.

12. In-App Purchases & Subscription Payments

AI ReFace is available on the Apple App Store, and some features require in-app purchases or a subscription.

Subscription Plans

• Weekly: $8.99
• Yearly: $89.99

Billing Terms

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be displayed.
• Users may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Account Settings after purchase.
• You cannot cancel the current subscription during an active subscription period.

13. Term and Termination

1. These terms remain in effect as long as you use the Service.
2. This license automatically terminates if you violate any restrictions.
3. Upon termination, you must delete or destroy all downloaded materials.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AI ReFace harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

15. Disclaimer

AI ReFace provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

AI ReFace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Force Majeure

AI ReFace is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.

18. Entire Agreement & Severability

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI ReFace.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

19. Content Generation Restrictions

You must not submit or generate content that is:

• abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or violent
• pornographic or sexually explicit
• spam or misleading
• invasive of privacy or containing personal, confidential, or sensitive data

Violation may lead to account termination.
