To provide you with AI photo beautification features, this App collects and processes photos uploaded by you, which may contain face data. In compliance with Apple's policies, we explicitly state the following:

Reasons for Collecting Face Data: We collect images containing face data solely to apply AI-based beautification and enhancement effects (e.g., skin smoothing, filters) as requested by the user.

Retention of Face Data:

• Explicit Statement: We do not retain face data for the purpose of identifying any specific individual.
• Retention Period: The images and face data are processed transiently. Once the beautification process is complete and the result is returned to you, the original and processed face data are deleted immediately from our servers (or retained for no longer than 24 hours for caching purposes). We do not store face data indefinitely.

Data Sharing with Third Parties:

• To perform the AI processing, we share the image data with our third-party cloud service provider: ByteDance (Doubao / Volcengine).
• Reason for Sharing: We share this data to utilize their cloud-based AI algorithms required to generate the beautified images.

Privacy Practices of Third Parties:

• Do they store face data? Our third-party provider receives the data solely to process the API request.
• Third-Party Retention: According to our agreement, they do not retain face data for long-term storage or user identification. The data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the API processing and is then permanently deleted.

4. Sharing Your Information

(a) Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with vendors or service partners who help us provide, maintain, or improve our Service.

These partners operate under our instructions and contractual obligations.
